Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Preppy Poindexter! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During periods of high demand — such as sales and new collection releases — please allow up to 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out-of-stock items may take an additional 15 business days to process and ship.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship domestically via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: $4.00 for eligible orders; $8.95 for orders weighing 9.5 oz or more.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing, though delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs clearance process. Preppy Poindexter is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors in case it was left in an alternate location.
  • Check with family members, roommates, or building management who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 222-1811 or visit USPS.com for domestic and international assistance.

Please note: Preppy Poindexter, LLC is not responsible for the placement of products after delivery. Once an item is marked as DELIVERED by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you at no charge, sent to the email address we have on file. Please refer to our Return Policy for full eligibility details, including our 15-day return window and item condition requirements.
